super as it used to be before. I really like these shoes

Good website offering clear descriptions. Package shipped from Poland arrived in good shape but does take a few days in transit. Product - as usual - met my quality and comfort expectations.

Bought these shoes for My daughter who has a disability and shoe size is hard to find. The shoes I bought her fit lovely and they are hard wearing shoes. Services was quick.

The size of the shoes depends on the model, not consistent.

The shoes were too tight so I have been trying to return them through UPS. 4 times I have phoned, 4 times they have promised me to pick them up, 4 times they have let me down. Customer service is in Indea I think, they are nice and apologetic, but this system does not work. I am out €80 and cannot afford the shoes I need until I get this money back. Hopefully someone will read this and do something!!!!

Best walking sandals that I have ever owned. Good support from the soles and great grip on rough services. I was walking 6 miles a day with them straight out of the box, up and down hills on holiday, no aching feet.

The shoes are comfortable, light, and pretty stylish, but the design of the soles is maddening - the tread is the perfect width and depth to pick up small stones. On a 10-minute walk to the shops (on pavements, mainly), I've just had to stop and pick out about 10 little annoying stones that got stuck in there.
